The level of Services needed is unique to each home. Transitional Designs works with owners, agents, builders and developers to choose how much or how little assistance they require. Here are some of our services. Don't be afraid to ask for a customized bid to meet your needs!

DIY Staging If you want to tackle the work yourself, but have no idea where to start, design consultants will come to your home and give specific advice and information to Stage your house. Assessment will take approximately 2-3 hours. At the end of the assessment, you will have a specific strategy to obtain the best price with the least amount of time on the market. Staging Services Contract If you lack the time or energy to do it your self, Transitional Designs will Stage it for you! Depending on the unique needs of each property, this service might include clutter control, creating focal points, shifting furniture, changing window treatments, and minimizing flaws. Vacant Homes/New Builds Presenting a unique set of challenges, Transitional Designs has all the tools to get your vacant ready to sell. And, even after staging, vacant homes need a refresher to control order or to maintain the integrity of the “stage”. A consultant will visit the home to replace flowers, water plants and reset the stage for your property. Travel Expense All travel to and from the site is included in the contract.
